What we collect and why
Booking and contact enquiries. When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, location, the occasion, and your message. We use this to reply to you and to prepare a quote or booking. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Together with the enquiry we also store your IP address and browser type, to detect spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
Anonymous visit statistics. We count page views, button clicks and how far visitors scroll. This is done without cookies and without any identifier, so the statistics cannot be linked to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
One cookie. This site sets a single cookie that stores your country code (for example "FI") for 24 hours. It is used to show the site in the right language. If you make a choice in the cookie bar, that choice is also saved in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who receives your data
We use three service providers. Each one processes data only on our instructions.
- Lessgo AI builds and runs this website. Enquiries are stored in its database in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), and it sends the email notifications about your enquiry.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and its images. Vercel is a US company. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Google provides our email (Gmail). Your enquiry is forwarded to our Gmail inbox. Google is a US company and the same safeguards apply.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: deleted within 12 months.
- Booking and client records: 6 years after the end of the year of the booking, as Finnish bookkeeping law requires.
- Anonymous visit statistics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal data we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- restrict how we use it,
- give you a copy in a common file format (data portability),
- stop processing that is based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting what was done before.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu) at www.tietosuoja.fi.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data through it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
